Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at zafiralabout@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1926 Kylar Dr Nw Palm Bay, FL 32907

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, white items, swimwear, jewelry, and clearance custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

At Zafira La Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • White items, swimwear, jewelry, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card that can be used toward any future purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
