Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the purchase date. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Zafira Boutique is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, Zafira Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
We recommend contacting your local post office for assistance with delivery issues.
Shipping Delays
Zafira Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
